Often these cases involve high-conflict divorce, complex custody litigation such as circumstances of child abuse or parental alienation (now known as refuse and resist dynamics), post-divorce custody/financial modifications, paternity, adoption, visitation/parenting issues, child support, and grandparents’ rights. Mandee is also a proud advocate for individuals who need a strong advocate through her work with the LGBTQIA+ community, the military community (serving our nation’s servicemembers and their family members), as well as federal workers.
